Currently it is not possible to modify the global configuration (of the AC) within the WebGUI. This needs to be added.

Current approach: Add a (non-removable?) component without in- or output ports to every analysis, which represents the global configuration. The component can then be configured just as every plugin.

Finished in changeset:443c326478a7ebf02319e22ffb620ae1311129d0/kieker.webgui. The old projects should still work with the new additional components (although it is possible that it destroys the layout slightly).
