Persist VS Code Diagram Webview #39

Generally, it would be nice if the VS Code webview would open again after a reload. This is currently not possible probably because of how the general Sprotty webview is designed.

We need to check:

What the exact problem is
Whether it is solvable

and solve it via

a PR to sprotty or
by fixing it in our code
