Create diagram info view #83

It would be useful to have access to more information about the shown diagrams similar to some of the existing layout views in KIELER. One such view would show all the properties set on the individual diagram elements.

I imagine a tree view (maybe we could even group layout options by their prefix in there) and possibly a button to serialize the changed constraints.
