Anyone has an idea why this happens?

:CtrlP was initiated from my _vimrc, which is in $HOME. Could it be because of many files/dirs being present in my home dir? Note that I'm running a 64-bit Windows 8.1. The same issue occurs on both 32- and 64-bit gVims.
