Move the widget UI from a separate panel to the "Widgets" panel #2

Story: As a WordPress editor, I want this widget's interface to be in the "Widgets" panel, so it's easier to find.

In version 1.0.3, "Widget Live Editor" widgets are in a separate panel:

This isn't a good user experience, as one would expect widgets to be in the "Widgets" area.

To improve the experience, rewrite the widgets to use the "Widgets" panel:

AC1. The full UI of the widget is available in the "Widgets" panel, in any sidebar. AC2. The previous "Live Editor" panel, shown in the first image above, is removed.
