[Triage] 1 source that throws an internal server error while trying to access #358

Closed mbhkoay closed 1 month ago

mbhkoay commented 1 month ago

Describe the bug There is just 1 source that throws an internal server error while trying to access it.

To Reproduce Clicking the name of the source does not go to the page to show additional details. Shows internal server error instead.

Diagnostic info

Additional context Was trying to redownload the entire library downloaded from Pinchflat, as after it is imported into Jellyfin, the automatic metadata updater messed up the metadata.

I have since been able to resolve this issue, not sure which of it actually helped.

  1. renamed the folder of the source in /metadata/sources
  2. clicked the edit icon on the far right instead of the name.

Not too sure if sharing this now helps with anything, so feel free to close this report. And apologies for getting back to this after a few days.

Hey there, thanks for making this report!

The logs provided don't tell me a ton, unfortunately. Would you mind setting the log level to debug, visiting the page that triggers the error, then re-downloading and attaching the logs? That would really help narrow the scope of my investigation

I think the last release may have fixed this, but even if not I've added some improved logging to help with triage of issues like this!

I'll close this for now but please let me know if you see this issue again 🤙
