[Triage] setting "exclude livestreams" is ignored

Describe the bug My one and only media profile is set to exclude livestreams. Still, livestreams are downloaded (in this case WAN show from ltt). The media item has livestream: true and the profile has livestream_behaviour: exclude and the source is connected to the profile.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: I don't really know. Add profile, add LinusTechTips as source (i guess)?

Expected behavior livestreams not being downloaded.
