Sometimes sfx notes keep playing indefinitely until another sfx plays #138

Reported by Norbert, including video showing the effect.

Must be failing to silence the sound channels. Definitely need more state machine in the sfx player.

I think this should be fixed now as sfx are killed when music plays or not started at all if music is playing.
