Moved SFX to SWRAM to save ANDY memory for music
Added music to cutscenes in Audio bank 4
Added smal potion ditty
Changed state handling in beeb_audio to indicate whether audio_update happens or not (during bank loading etc.)
Now only play GateDown sfx when in same room
Fixed Epilog to play some music when winning the game (still wrong)
