The ported control & cheat key system just doesn't work!

Level load should be CTRL-L not L on Attract screen.

Removed cheat code system as this relies on keypresses coming out as ASCII codes. Tidied up debug keys and ported some other useful ones. Still trying to decide on default control scheme. Currently UIOJKL and SHIFT for Action but pressing shift a lot on Windows triggers sticky keys...

Added ability to redefine keys with CTRL-K.
