Search for these tags in the code and check whether they are relevant or need to be addressed.

Checked quite a few of these and removed superfluous ones.

Check all _TODO and _NOT_BEEB tags to Make sure there is nothing missing (or unused / unnecessary) when everything has been ported.

Really all _TODO conditionals should have a BEEB TODO comment with the feature indicated.
