Don't show again option #141

Don't show again option or I an I always agree to things I don't read option to that TOS that pops up on DevKit's start up. This may tie into the window saving thing someone wanted.

Sure, will probably call it 'automatically close this window', as I'd like it displayed while plugin loading messages are displayed.
