[Week 6] Refactor app.js

Refactor app.js with 848 lines of code into common MVC expressjs folder structure.

CHANGELOG:

• Use Handlebars as default template engine
• index.html to index.hbs and extract Facebook App ID and Fb Messenger app ID.
• Each URI equivalent to each file in the controller folder.
• Add Morgan.js and Winston.js as default logging engine.
• Code to handle Facebook Messenger Request is in chatbot folder.
• add robot.txt

Time spent: 3 hours.
