instead of ordering sources by service, put them in order they should be processed

process sources by order of appearance. Closed by 3aad59066c822a67fa8d3cf4a39279fd41ca3a83

refactored scheduling script to change how sources found in the config file are processed. Now, instead of processing them per indexing service, they are processed in the order they are found in the config file
