User reported that episodes are not being sorted to the proper location on disk.

single_episode = '$(series)s - $(season_episode_1)s'
series A exists on disk at M:\Alt\TV Shows\A. MR properly identifies series folder and all contents. However during sorting, MR creates a new folder at M:\TV Shows\A and places new episodes there. This problem happens for multiple series that are only stored in M:\Alt\TV Shows
