Incorrect work with Manning PDF Books

Fonts not tweaked in any way, they are left default in Android and Ebookdroid.
Fonts from this publisher probably "normal" too, as they are rendered just fine 
in PC PDF viewers. And since not every letter broken, but whole layout cut from 
one side I'm not sure it's only about fonts.
