What's the OS? And what's the key combination to change the language?

The OS is Windows 10. The key combination is Alt + Shift. It doesn't matter whether it is left alt and left shift or the other way around. It holds the Control key when I try to remove capslock by clicking Right Shift + Right Control + Capslock. I have capslock on Layer 1. I wouldn't even use capslock if it wasn't for this bug. Ahh, I think I understand. Hmm, I think this will have to wait for state scheduling to fully fix. Will have to move this to the next release.
