Insert does not trigger when Numlock is off #352

Firmware Origin: Current Version
OS: Windows 10 x64
Version: Also Current
Reproduction Steps: Turn Numlock off. Attempt to enable insert for text entry.
Resulting Issue: Insert does not trigger.

As another datapoint, seems to work correctly in Linux (is sending Keypad 0, which with NumLock off is Insert) I'll need to check to see if behaviour in Windows to see if it's handled correctly.

works correctly in windows 10, tested using wordpad.
