Skip mechanism for sequences #102

Optional skip mechanism for sequences. The amount of slides skipped should be definable.

Amount of slides skipped - this could be achieved by having multiple consecutive cutscenes. For example, have cutscene 1 four slides long, and cutscene 2 two slides long, skipping cutscene 1 would go to start of cutscene 2 (slide 5 in total).
