FR: A help button #42

As a user, I want to have an instructions button, so I can get help from the instructions quickly.

Implementation proposal

Add a help button to the action bar, either left side of the start-button or to the right side of the save-button. This button would open a new tab to https://github.com/kiigame/kged/wiki/Pikaopas.
