Add a color palette #27

Current Behavior:

No hex-codes of color palettes set

Expected Behavior:

A file containing all the theme colors

Workflow

[ ] For the UI check here
[ ] Create a directory inside Design and name it Theme
[ ] Create a png file inside Theme
[ ] Name it palette
[ ] It should have the hex codes and behind the hex codes , their colors

Anything else:

The color codes can be taken from the navbar, footer, cards, text colors, etc, from Design > UI
