Not really sure what is this issue, but I tried to delete everything and instsall from scratch but the issue persists.
I can confirm I put real-world_ccsr.ckptin \ComfyUI\models\checkpoints

This issue can be resolved by select real-world_ccsr.ckpt in model selection for CCSR.
