Wasn't aware of this project, but it reminds me a lot of SEINE which really flew under the radar imho. It was released the same week as SDV so perhaps that's why, but it also does image to vid and utilizes a txt prompt. I find the results pretty good but my only method of using it (as a non-developer) is via command line.
