Have you tried this project instead? It does use same detector so I wonder if you get same issue with it, overall it's in my opinion superior to MimicMotion anyway: https://github.com/kijai/ComfyUI-ControlNeXt-SVD
Can anyone figure out what the hell is going on with the poses? I tried changing videos, I tried reinstalling everything, I tried redownloading the templates, updating, deleting comfy completely and reinstalling it, nothing. At first it worked, now it started doing this thing out of nowhere, please can someone help me? Thank you
PS: I'm using the original workflow, no settings have been changed, I'm currently using a clean installation of comfy, I have no other nodes installed other than those needed to make mimic motion work, this morning everything worked, I tried to rework old clips that they worked perfectly and now I still get this result which, obviously, is not usable.
