local variable 'muse_talk_model' referenced before assignment This is my path "....\models\musetalk\musetalk\pytorch_model.bin", which should be correct, and the resources should also be the latest downloaded and installed.

I refactored all that code in favor of using comfy model loading methods, you should try updating and the new example workflow.
