Addition of battery monitoring #172

It will be great if CanAirIo can also display at the screen, battery monitoring.

I am working on it. Solar version, if you want test it. An additional circuit is required.

The current testing version of CanAirIO fixed this issue, we have two new dynamic icons, WiFi RSSI and Battery level icons.
