Description

Added custom limits for battery and charging detection model via CLI

Other minors:

CPU temperature in ESP32S3 boards
Fixed issues on ADC channels for ESP32S3
Improved log verbose and info command

New CLI commands:

battv <Vmin> <Vmax>  battery min/max voltage
charg <Vmin> <Vmax>  battery charging min/max voltage
