Makes the Gatling turret work, fixes up the data to enable it, adds hardpoint and double-bullet sprites.
It has a 1/2 on/off duty cycle (vs 1/3) and does 4/3rds as much damage per shot, so it should have the same DPS as two Gatling guns, but maybe a wee bit more hit force because I didn't consider making that a decimal. Also, cycles are 1/3rd as long as a gatling gun (does not affect DPS)... because maybe they alternate or something? Could totally knock burst count back up to 180 if you like though.
