Cleanup and refactor expand-pixiv source code.

It's better to remove Channel IDs from code and get ID from msg object or process.env, i think

It's better to remove Channel IDs from code and get ID from msg object or process.env, i think

msg.room is undefined in hubot-slack. It's better using environmental variables.
