1 month ago before i was use tomp3.cc to convert youtube videos into mp3 files then convert mp3 files in .wav using cloudconvert which didnt work but the cobalt converter worked like a charm and i think you should put this on modrinth too if the sounds not working try using in game downloader as it will help a lot of ppl :D
yesterday i posted an issue on sound not playing for 1.21. I fixed this issue by using the in game sound downloader (cobalt) and all my sounds are working :D
