Make some changes #23

I don't think we need to create a README.md for Hindi.This is strange and irrational.

Well, now this pull request doesn't just delete READEME.md in Hindi, it also involves the description of Chemfig, so I changed the title.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to contribute! Personally, I don't seem to find any harm in keeping the Hindi README, though I do like your addition of information regarding chemfig. I'd like to request some changes on it though but not remove the Hindi README, so I'll be closing this for now and would like to ask you to create a new branch and pull request only with the change regarding chemfig in the README.
