Hey buddy not a bug, just noticed vex-js should probably be added to the package.json so it installs on npm install .

"vex-js": "^2.3.4", I added this on line 86 of my package.json

Hey Paul!

Building it out to test some custom attached web hooks we have on a few checkouts. Was looking at maybe adding some handles to the API in so it didn't rely on Woocommerce order status. Secondly partly straight curiosity. Been a while since I poked through the source on this. Damn you have done a lot!
