I just helped a client who was going to Admin > POS > View POS and was getting their trashed store loaded instead of the new one they had added.
Only manually going to the URL of the new store worked. Client cleared local data and browser cache, but that did not help.
The View POS link worked correctly for me however. It was as if the system had associated my client's IP with the deleted store so it could default to it.
NOTE: client is on version 0.4.5 Pro. I didn't see the issue mentioned in the changelog for 0.4.6 though...
