I'm supposed to get priority support with the WooCommerce POS Pro but I've been trying for days trough different ways and I've been ignored. @kilbot
Hi @esther91, I'm sorry I haven't replied. The reports API for woocommerce is a extremely difficult to debug. I am currently directing all of my time towards the next version of the POS, so I will not be able to debug reports for users.
If it helps, I could provide a custom reports script for you to upload to your server. Alternatively you can request a refund via support@wcpos.com.
I'm not able to download the POS report by payment method. I can see a circle chart with the data but when I press the "Export CSV" button, it doesn't work.
