Automate releases #9

Releases of new Proxmox packages should be automated based on tags in the proxmox repo. The releases should be build & uploaded as unstable to GH. Then they should be marked as stable manually after some stabilization period.

The part of the work is already done as the kernel builds nicely in a docker container: https://github.com/kiler129/relax-intel-rmrr/tree/master/build/proxmox#how-to-do-it-with-docker
