add optional TLS support for http/webapp server #45

This is meant to be used behind a reverse proxy but in case someone can't or won't it costs us nothing to support http for webapp and websocket.

I know a smart person would hide this behind a reverse proxy/VPN but I was really hoping we should make it a little and safer for new people trying this out. One of things I realized when setting up rTail was how easy it was to setup and forget :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

TLS would be a nice first have. But someone looking to find stuff like this will do port scans and land at the url anyway.

How about some sort of directory(path) based obfuscation? Very common with services wanting to share secret URLs easily without the hassle of auth.

If you think it's a good idea, I will give it a shot and send a PR.
