SHOULD BE MERGED WITH MATERIAL WEAKNESS FLAG. check8k should take argument that is paired regexes

Should avoid reading exhibits, which contain (in case of 10-Ks) various restatements of agreements.

May want to use restatement, because in case of VRTU, turned up restated agreements; using a capital R will cause similar problems

"accounting error" may correlate with restatements, e.g., https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/779152/000077915215000039/jkhy-2014630x10ka.htm. Item 9a in 10-K specifically speaks to internal controls. Certain words mentioned here should have higher value than mentioned elsewhere.

Item 4 (Controls and Procedures) in 10-Q is similar
