As (re-)discovered in https://github.com/killbill/killbill-analytics-plugin/pull/95, the subscription CTD isn't always refreshed properly (e.g. after invoice creation).

Not sure i really understand the issue. #95 is about INVOICES group (and seems fixed), is this related to this optimization?

There are cases today where we don't update the CTD. I've found the issue in https://github.com/killbill/killbill-analytics-plugin/pull/95#issue-285684102 (and introduced the same bug for the INVOICES group unfortunately).
