Upgrade Shiro to 2.x #36

Because of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SHIRO-679 (duplicate classes across artifacts), we cannot upgrade until 2.0.0 is released (https://github.com/apache/shiro/pull/236).

Once we've upgraded, do we still need the forked classes in Kill Bill?

Also need to remove this config: https://github.com/killbill/killbill-oss-parent/blob/f5d06811995922fdc078ecd51b3f3ac5426d7686/pom.xml#L2241
