Attempt to fix https://github.com/killbill/killbill-platform/issues/88. applied modules:
osgi-bundles-eureka
osgi-bundles-lib-killbill
osgi-bundles-prometheus
osgi-bundles-test-beatrix
osgi-bundles-test-payment
No code changes other than removing annotations. The only reason I keep doing this because to keep this the same as other modules and projects (non osgi-bundles modules use XML. killbill-commons use XML).
