@pierre I addressed your earlier comments. Seems ci is not triggered either in this new PR.

Looks like there was gem installation error:

Bundler::GemspecError: Could not read gem at /home/killbill/repo/vendor/bundle/jruby/1.9/cache/json-1.8.3-java.gem. It may be corrupted. An error occurred while installing json (1.8.3), and Bundler cannot continue. Make sure that gem install json -v '1.8.3' succeeds before bundling.
