current watchers and chat censoring are no longer working. #13

Should be fixed with #14, please confirm.

Issue is there but some is fixed. = Censored Chat now works in live games and replays

These isues still exist = Watchers' names are visible still in live games and in replays = Custom Attack Sword in replays does not work but works in live games.
