Add custom sleeve support, various fixes #4

This PR adds adds custom sleeve support for the player and addresses the following issues:

Sending cards from field to GY now respects their type (pendulum cards go to the ED, tokens are removed from field)
Player's pfp was not correctly set if no pfps were listed profile image urls field

Also bumped the version to 1.1.35.
