Updated pcre + General cleanup #5

Syntax has been updated so that there are now zero ShellCheck errors or warnings. The virus count in Current Activity has been updated so that it no longer counts the quarantine.log file as a virus. In order to hopefully fix https://github.com/killdash9/MacClam/issues/3, pcre has been updated to pcre2.

This has been open for more than a year now. Closing so as to not unnecessarily ping people if new changes are added.
