Allow custom rpc-url as specified in the daemon settings #11

I will make the relative rpcUrl change manually soon. The addition of the downloadGroup field is a custom change for your custom version of TM. I prefer to stick with vanilla for now. If you like we can collaborate on your version of Shift to match your version of TM. So you could drop Clutch eventually without losing functionality.

Thanks, you've got a great project here. I'd sometime like to do that but it may be a while before I could put a good effort to it. I've got a pretty busy summer ahead of me :)
