Lower menu bar moves down in IE9 #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the flexigrid in IE9
2. When hovering over the rows, the lower bar begins to drop down

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The lower bar should stay in the same place. Instead, the lower bar moves down 
the page and leaves blank space in between the lowest row and the menu bar.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V1.1

I too am having issues with this, flexigrid is used throughout our site, need a 
pointer as to why this is happening
