Problem woth programming script in save editor 1.8 #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open program
2.enter profile info 
3.select pokemon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For the pokemon to be selected and for me to be able to change the pokemon 
instead it gives me a error saying:
Unhandled exception has ocurred in your application. click continue, blah blah. 
than it says Could not load file or assembly'System.Core, version=3.5.0.0, 
culture=neutral, publickeytoken=b77a5c561934e0089' or one of its dependencies. 
the system file cannot be specified.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the only version 1.8. PC windows XP ser. pack 3 

Please provide any additional information below.
i downloaded this from a redirect i got on youtube my username is cuckfena22 if 
you need to contact me. I know a little about programming language so i figure 
i have to download .net framework 3.5 but i wanted to get ur opinion first. thx.

If you read the first page, you'll see that ".NET Framework 3.5 is required for 
this program to work."
The link to download it is given too.
So yeah, download and install it, then tell me if it worked.
