Add Rust macros book to the ebook #24

Is it possible to add Rust macros book to the ebook also? Then it'll great to get all the books in one place :)

Absolutely!

We'll have to see how much needs to change to make this look good, though. I imagine that the ascii art may need changing and that we'll need to make sure all code blocks are annotated correctly.
