Automatically build periodically (each release?) #48

It would be awesome to have this automatically run every so often, and it should be pretty easy to set this up with a CI tools (and since it's open source, it should be free, no?).

The past few builds all required manual checking, but some of the reasons that was necessary (e.g. pandoc generating different ids for headlines than the rust book renderer) might have been fixed upstream. We'd need to evaluate that.

There is also an open issue for rendering PDFs and ePub directly from mdBook, and thus in the books upstream CI. That'd be a much smoother solution.
