Output of tree command is incorrect/incomplete #5

Nice find! Looks like characters like ├── are not supported by the monospace font used.

After changing the 'monofont' to 'Source Code Pro', this works.

There is another font problem I noticed though: The Japanese text on page 202 renders as box (missing unicode glyph symbol) using Source Code Pro and as whitespace (even worse!) using the lmodern font.
